Xiaomi 12T Specification Leaked, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, 120W Instant Charging Allowed

Xiaomi is reportedly working on a new series of 12 smartphones, called the Xiaomi 12T. However, before the official announcement, a well-known tipster revealed some important details of the smartphone. Tipster says the device in question will come with Qualcomm’s advanced processor, high level of refinement, fast charging, and more. Xiaomi 12T may be launched soon as the device was recently spotted on the FCC certification website.

The famous Tipster Mukul Sharma has posted some important smartphone details called the Xiaomi 12T. Of Sharma’s shared posts, the Xiaomi 12T is expected to come with the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor under the hood. The phone is said to come in three types of storage – 8GB RAM 128GB storage, 8GB RAM 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM 256GB.

The smartphone display is expected to carry support for a 120Hz update rate. The phone will use MIUI 13 based on Android 12 out of the box. In addition, it will support 120W fast charging. Tipster did not disclose any information about the cameras except that it will have OIS. Finally, the phone will also have NFC support.

As mentioned, Xiaomi 12T recently appeared in the FCC database with model number 22071212AG. Listing ensured standard smartphone specifications such as Wi-Fi 802.11ax, 5G (7 bands), Bluetooth, GPS, and IR blaster. FCC list suggests that Xiaomi’s smartphone may soon be launched in global markets.

Previous leaks have revealed that the Xiaomi 12T will be renamed the Redmi K50S which will be launched only in China. In addition, the device will have 2 cousins ​​called Xiaomi 12T Pro hypercharge and Xiaomi 12T Pro- which will be Japan only.
